RELEASE: DLGA Statement On Reports That Former Georgia Lt. Governor Geoff Duncan Will Run As ‘No Labels’ Candidate

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Upon reports that former Georgia Lt. Governor Geoff Duncan will run as the “No Labels” candidate, DLGA Executive Director Kevin Holst released the following statement:

“No Labels has repeatedly shown the country that they are nothing but a front to elect Donald Trump. If they want to keep the country moving forward, they’d drop their facade and support Joe Biden—the only candidate who is working to protect our democracy, grow our economy, and support women’s fundamental rights—instead of trying to entice a Republican former Lt. Governor who has been on the frontlines of banning abortion, restricting the right to vote, and cutting taxes for the rich and powerful, among many others.”
