“Kim Driscoll has spent her career proving what real leadership looks like. As the first woman elected Mayor of Salem, she turned around the city’s downtown and waterfront, brought in new jobs and investment, and built a national reputation as a leader in offshore wind. Now, as Lt. Governor, she’s part of the first all-female executive team in Massachusetts history.
“In partnership with Governor Healey, Kim has helped prove that Massachusetts can lower costs and deliver real results for working families, starting with housing. She’s helped lead the charge to eliminate renters’ fees and build 100,000 new homes, tackling the affordability crisis head on. She’s also helped make Massachusetts the first state to cap health care deductibles and co-pays, and helped deliver the state’s first tax cut in more than 20 years, putting real savings back into the pockets of families, seniors, and small businesses.
