“The Democratic Lieutenant Governors Association congratulates State Senator Kyle Evans Gay on securing tonight’s Democratic nomination in Delaware. As a mom, advocate, attorney and public servant, Kyle has shown Delawareans her unwavering commitment to advocating for children and families, improving seniors’ quality of life and fighting for equality and prosperity for all Delawareans.
“In the legislature, Kyle helped lead the fight to ensure Delawareans seeking reproductive care were protected from the overturning of Roe v. Wade, and worked to reform Delaware’s child care system – along with increasing funding to expand early education and child care opportunities across the state.
“The DLGA endorses and will fully support Sen. Kyle Evans Gay as she advances against the Republican nominee this fall.”
