WASHINGTON — The Democratic Lieutenant Governors Association congratulates Alissia Canady for her primary victory in Missouri.
“I would like to congratulate Alissia Canady on her primary victory last night. As a former Kansas City Councilwoman and Jackson County assistant prosecutor, Alissia has a proven track record of delivering results for Missourians, and will stand up for affordable, quality health care, strong public schools and good-paying jobs,” said New York Lieutenant Governor and DLGA Chair Kathy Hochul. “The Democratic Lieutenant Governors Association, made up of 24 Democratic Lieutenant Governors across the country, looks forward to Alissia Canady joining our ranks this November.”
