WASHINGTON — The Democratic Lieutenant Governors Association applauds the Supreme Court’s decision to ban discrimination in the workplace against LGBTQ workers.
“Our nation takes an important step forward today. No one should ever face discrimination from their employer based on who they love or how they identify,” said New York Lt. Governor and DLGA Chair Kathy Hochul.
The DLGA is an independent voluntary political organization that provides resources and policy assistance to candidates in their campaigns for Lieutenant Governor. The DLGA is proud to support current Democratic Lieutenant Governors in 22 states and 2 U.S. territories.
