Jack’s Ticket Puts New Taxes Back on The Table, Doubles Down on Trump’s Extreme Agenda
Washington, DC – During last night’s debate, New Jersey lieutenant governor candidate Dr. Dale Caldwell outlined the Sherrill-Caldwell team’s bold vision for New Jersey’s future—standing in stark contrast to Jack Ciattarelli’s unwavering loyalty to Donald Trump’s extreme agenda.
During the debate, Ciattarelli’s running mate said that new taxes are “on the table” – just the latest in Jack Ciattarelli’s long record of harming taxpayers’ wallets by raising taxes, standing by Trump’s disastrous tariffs, and supporting efforts to cut 300,000 New Jerseyans’ healthcare.
“New Jersey voters have a clear choice: Mikie Sherrill and Dr. Dale Caldwell, who have a plan to invest in opportunity and make life more affordable for working families, or Jack Ciattarelli, who have always put Donald Trump first,” said DLGA Executive Director Kevin Holst. “While Ciattarelli continues to double down on his plan to raise taxes and curry favor from Trump, Dale made clear last night that he is ready to get to work lowering costs and expanding opportunities for every New Jersey family.”
Dr. Caldwell, a pastor, educator, and business leader, has spent his career working with small businesses, small nonprofits, and small churches. As Lt. Governor, he will bring his outsider experience and compassionate leadership to lower prices for New Jersey families, protect access to affordable healthcare, and strengthen New Jersey schools.
